Save our Songs – New Style

Save our Songs Project #8 will be a project for women’s choir. We will work on three (!) lovely songs:

  • Hebe Deine Augen Auf – the angels’ choir from Mendelssohn’s Elias
  • Beata es Virgo Maria by the unknown but wonderful composer Terrabugio
  • Bonus song: Alta Trinita Beata – a lovely up-tempo Renaissance classic
  • Three workshops in January, see dates on the left
  • New in this project: it is not obligatory to send in audio / or video recordings, so you can decide to participate just for the fun of singing and learning three new songs!

This project includes:

  • Sheet music and mp3’s of the above-mentioned choral works.
  • Three intensive live online workshops to study the pieces and get to know your fellow singers.
  • Workshops include improving your vocal technique, focusing on breath support & vowel formation.
  • You can audio record your part in the choir, sending it in to become part of the final choir mix (not obligatory).
  • You can record yourself singing the pieces on video and so take part in the final video clip (not obligatory).
  • At the end of the project, you will have 1. learned three wonderful songs, 2. worked closely together in an all women’s small ensemble group 3. improved your vocal technique.

Book before 3 January. Send me an email to receive more information & a booking form.
